Reardon Not Guilty
8/29/06 – Jeff Reardon was found not guilty by
reason of insanity of robbing a jewelry store in
2005.
Reardon's attorney stated that he was distraught
over the recent passing of a son, and was taking a
dozen medications including mood stabilizers
and anti-depressants.
Two defense psychiatrists and two psychiatrists
who were ordered by the court all agreed that
there was no reason for Reardon to have robbed
the store.
Reardon must return to see the judge in the case
in 6 months for a review.
